Eazy Ayurveda — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have complete confidence in every purchase from Eazy Ayurveda. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Given the nature of Ayurvedic health products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products (consumable Ayurvedic formulations), returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • The batch number and expiry label are intact and unaltered
  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal broken
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
  • Products with altered or missing batch/expiry labels
  • Gift cards or combo bundles (once any item is opened)

Ayurvedic churans, herbal inhalers, and similar formulations are classified as health consumables — hygiene and safety standards apply strictly.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@eazyayurveda.in with your order details
  2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, you'll receive return instructions and pickup details
  4. Do not ship items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You'll be notified of approval or rejection within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Bank processing may take additional time depending on your provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
